We want your golf cart rental experience to be the best possible. Below are some of our more frequently asked questions:
What are your basic rental requirements?
Renters must be 21 years old or older, and must provide proof of liability insurance meeting standard Texas auto minimums.
Who can drive the cart?
We just cannot overemphasize this requirement.
Before using your golf cart, please review the local Golf Cart Laws.
Do you rent by the hour?
we do not accommodate hourly rentals To rent by the day, please come by or call (361) 339-1036.
Should I check if my rental location is cart accessible per the Port Aransas city rules and regulations?
Yes. Unfortunately, the following properties do not have legal cart access:
Port Royal, Hampton Inn, Pirates Bay, Port A Rv, Seagull Condos, Mayan Princess, etc.
Do I have to pay for the rental ahead of time?
In order to confirm your reservation, we do require full payment at time of reservation.
What do I need to have with me to rent?
When is my reservation confirmed?
We will begin the confirmation process once the rental agreement is signed and your drivers license & valid auto insurance is uploaded. These links can be found on your invoice email.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to the time of your cart delivery and receive 100% of your rental fee as a refund to your original method of payment. Cancellations within 72 hours of delivery will not be refunded.
What payment methods to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover). No checks.
